Complete crushing, grinding and beneficiation solutions for African gold mining projects.
African gold deposits are diverse — abrasive hard-rock ores, quartz veins, sulfide-rich ore. We design plants that match the ore, not a generic template.
For quartz-rich and abrasive gold ores where crusher wear and product size decide your recovery.
From crushing to grinding and beneficiation — one engineer team owns the whole flow.
Solutions from small and medium-scale operations to large mining projects, 10–1000 T/H.
Engineering, installation, spare parts and after-sales service with a 7×24 commitment.
The right process starts with knowing your ore. We match crushing, grinding and recovery to how the gold actually occurs.

Quartz-rich, abrasive ore where primary jaw + cone crushing sets the tone for everything downstream.

High abrasiveness and high hardness. Emphasis on crusher wear life and a consistent grind size.

Fine grinding plus flotation to liberate gold locked in sulfide minerals — common in African deposits.
A typical hard-rock gold processing route. The final process is customized according to ore properties, gold occurrence, liberation size and required recovery.

Jaw and cone crushers reduce run-of-mine gold ore to a suitable size for grinding.
Ball mills grind crushed ore to the required liberation size.
Hydrocyclones separate fine particles from coarse particles for efficient grinding and recovery.
The recovery method is selected according to gold occurrence and ore mineralogy.
No two gold deposits are exactly the same. Vanguard engineers select the crushing, grinding and beneficiation process according to your ore characteristics, target capacity and recovery requirements.
Discuss Your Gold Project →Capacity is matched to your reserve and mining rate. Each stage — crushing, grinding, beneficiation — is balanced by process design, not assumed equal.
Three questions decide the plant. Answer them and our engineers return a matched solution.
A real African gold project — not a generic claim. 3-stage crushing to below 6 mm, designed for local ore conditions.
One primary jaw, one secondary jaw and one cone crusher bring ROM ore down to a consistent < 6 mm product at 60 T/H — the feed size gravity and flotation recovery want.
View Full CaseWe don't rebuild a product catalogue — we re-combine Vanguard's proven range into a gold mining solution.
Real projects, not a slogan. Gold where we have gold cases, mining & crushing where we do.
A clear path from first enquiry to running plant — engineered around your ore, not a stock layout.
Hard-rock, quartz vein or sulfide — it sets the whole process.
Target T/H so we balance each stage correctly.
Ore analysis lets us size equipment with confidence.
Crushing, grinding and beneficiation matched to your ore.
A priced proposal with the exact machines you need.
On-site support to get the plant running and stable.
The questions African gold mine owners ask us most — answered plainly.
A complete plant typically includes a vibrating feeder, primary jaw crusher, secondary crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, hydrocyclone for classification, and a beneficiation stage — gravity separation or flotation — chosen by how the gold occurs in your ore.
Hard, abrasive quartz-rich ore wears impact crushers quickly. A primary jaw crusher (6CX series) followed by a cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing gives the best wear life and product shape for hard-rock gold.
Match capacity to your ore reserve, mining rate and payback target. We offer 10–50 T/H small, 50–100 T/H medium, 100–300 T/H large and 300–1000 T/H large-scale plants. Crushing, grinding and beneficiation stages carry different capacities and must be balanced by design.
Crushing reduces run-of-mine ore to a grindable size. Beneficiation (gravity or flotation) recovers gold from the ground ore into a concentrate. Both are needed in a complete gold processing plant.
Yes. Our engineers design the full process — crushing, grinding and beneficiation — from your ore type, capacity and sample data, then select equipment and provide quotation, installation and commissioning support.
ROM ore → vibrating feeder → primary jaw crusher → secondary crusher → screening → ball mill → hydrocyclone classification → gravity separation / flotation → gold concentrate → tailings management.
Yes. We have supplied crushing and mineral processing equipment across Africa, including a 60 T/H gold ore crushing line in Zimbabwe, plus projects in Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria and South Africa, with spare parts and after-sales service.
Cost depends on ore type, capacity, beneficiation method and site conditions. The accurate way to budget is to share your ore type, required capacity and recovery method so we can design a matched solution and quotation.
Tell us about your ore and target capacity. Our engineers return a matched process design and equipment quotation — usually within a few working days.
