Vanguard Machinery Crawler Type Mobile Heavy-Duty Screening Station has extensive experience in various application conditions. Whether operating independently or as part of a production line, it can deliver high capacity and ultra-high stability. It is mainly used for sand and soil separation in quarries, surface soil treatment in the initial stage of mine construction, screening treatment of engineering waste residue and tailings, recycling of construction waste, cobblestone screening, coal mine screening, and aggregate screening.
Technical Features
A high-performance vibrating screen is used as the main machine, with a motor or hydraulically driven vibrator generating high-frequency vibrations. The vibrations on the screen cause the material to continuously flip and loosen, allowing fine particles to pass through the mesh while larger particles are retained on the screen surface, thus achieving particle size classification. Tracked mobile re-screening stations are typically equipped with multiple layers of screens to separate aggregates of varying sizes according to user needs.
