Speed up the construction of a comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, and increase the proportion of railways and waterways in comprehensive transportation. Increase the application of new energy and clean energy in the field of transportation. The building materials industry promotes the use of fly ash, industrial waste slag, tailings slag as raw materials or cement mixing materials.
The plan also emphasizes the promotion of cleaner production in the construction industry. Promote renewable energy buildings, and promote the electrification and low-carbon energy use of buildings. Strengthen the management and control of the source of construction waste, and implement green construction throughout the entire process of construction.
