The transmission part of XSD Sand Washing Machine is separated from water and sand, and the failure rate is much lower than other sand washing machines. Its novel sealing structure and reliable transmission device ensure the effect of cleaning and dewatering. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, large capacity and low power consumption. It is an ideal sand washing equipment in sand and stone industry. XSD Series Sand Washing Machine produced by our company is a wheel-bucket type washing equipment, which can clean and separate the stone powder and clay in the sand and stone. It is an efficient sand washing equipment used with sand making machine.
Impeller design is reasonable, with the characteristics of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, large quantity, and low consumption.
Entire transmission (including bearings) is isolated from water and raw material to avoid bearing damage due to soaking, sand and pollutants.
Using high quality screen made of wear-resistant materials, effectively extending the service life of sand washer; and except the screen, generally do not need to equip other wearing parts.
Using the bearing products of brands ZWZ and SKF, which are the largest bearing manufacturers in China.
When the sand washing machine is working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear. The sand and stone feed trough enters the washing trough, rolls under the impeller's drive, and grinds each other to remove the impurities covering the sand and stone surface, and destroys the water vapor layer of the sand to facilitate dehydration. Strong water flow, timely impurities and small proportion of foreign bodies to take away, and from the overflow outlet flume discharge, to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand and stone are taken away by the blade, and finally the sand and stone are poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the sand and stone cleaning.
