Dealing with the material with the side length below 500mm and anti-pressure strength not more than 250MPa, impact crusher can be widely used in crushing coarse, medium, and fine material (e.g. granite, limestone, concrete). During the process of operating, the rotor at high speed will be brought along by the electric motor. The material will be impacted by the flat hammer to be crushed, and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing, finally be discharged through the discharge opening.

This machine is a kind of crushing machinery technology that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the plate hammer action zone, it is broken by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, and is thrown to the counterattack device installed above the rotor to break again, and then from the counterattack liner back to the plate hammer action zone to break again. This process is repeated until the material is broken to the desired particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. Adjusting the clearance between the counterattack rack and the rotor rack can achieve the purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material. The machine adopts spring safety device after counterattack plate. When the non-broken material enters the crushing chamber, the front and rear counterattack shelves retreat and the non-broken material is discharged from the machine.
