The device consists of a washing tank, a mortar pump, an electric motor, a cyclone, a linear vibrating screen, a return box, etc. When working, the mortar pump and cement mixture are transported to the cyclone, centrifuged and classified by the cyclone, the concentrated fine sand is supplied to the linear vibrating screen through the discharge box, dehydrated by the linear vibrating screen, and the fine sand is exported from the front of the screen. A small amount of fine sand is returned to the washing trough from the return box. The washing tank is discharged through the overflow pipe when the liquid level is too high. Linear screen output fine sand moisture content (25%) mediation fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting water volume, replacing the sand nozzle, so as to complete the cleaning and dehydration and classification of three functions.
