In order to meet the needs of market development, our company develops an efficient fine crusher, single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. With the concise and compact structure, it can adjust discharge gate directly, prevent iron, and clear the cavity by the unique design of cylinder structure at the bottom. Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher represents world's most advanced crushing technology, widely used in metal and non-metallic mineral, cement, sand and metallurgical industries for crushing, fine crushing and ultra fine crushing. It has many advantages like high efficiency crushing, low production cost, easy to maintain, good product shape, suitable for fine crushing and ultra fine crushing of minerals. It can do well in crushing the material to the required size to meet the production needs of customers.

Vanguard has long term experience and advanced metallurgy technology in crusher liner, that can reduce the crusher unit wearing. The optional automatic control system help to feed fully and to adjust the liner gap automatically during the crusher running, and improved the crusher working efficiency, then the unit production cost will be much less.
This series cone crusher has bigger feeding port size, then it is suitable for various crushing plant for best capacity, and it is widely used in medium and superfine crushing, stationary and mobile crushing plant. Improved crushing speed, eccentric arm (stroke) and cavity design can bring the higher capacity and better products.
The working part of the cone crusher is the two truncated cone is a cone, one is a fixed cone, and the other is a moving cone. The fixed cone is stationary and part of the frame. The lower end of the moving cone is movably inserted into the eccentric bushing. Therefore, the central axis of the fixed cone intersects with the central axis of the moving cone at an oblique angle. When the central axis of the moving cone rotates around the central axis of the fixed cone, the moving cone deflects along the inner surface of the fixed cone. In the section where the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material is squeezed, impacted and bent by the moving cone, and becomes a crushing chamber; in the place where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the cone under the action of self-weight and becomes a discharge port, and the material is loaded from the inlet.
