6FX Series Hydraulic Impact Crusher is another new breakthrough in the field of mine crushing equipment by Vanguard's technical engineers.The impact crusher are designed for crushing particle sizes less than 700mm and compression strength no more than 360MPa. Compared with traditional impact crusher, its crushing ratio is greatly increased. By adjusting the special equipment can be freely converted between primary crushing and secondary crushing that guarantees the unique advantages of particle size and greatly increases the capacity, which is the most advanced crusher in the field of crushing equipment.
Adopting full-automatic hydraulic adjuster between rotor and impact plate enable discharging size to be adjusted flexibly.
The side liner adopts modular design, the liner interchange so that the liner utilization rate reaches more than 75% rate is greatly improved.

The impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action zone, it impacts and crushes with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then it is thrown to the counterattack device to break again. Then it bounces back from the counter-attack lining plate to the plate hammer action zone to break again. This process would repeated and not stop until the final product to become required size, then discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the clearance between the counterattack rack and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material.
