About the Exhibition
From September 3 to 5, 2026, Vanguard Machinery will appear at PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2026 — the largest construction equipment and engineering machinery trade show in southern Philippines — held at the SMX Convention Center Davao (SM Lanang Premier) in Davao City, Booth 706. This year Vanguard takes a different angle: the Philippine and wider Southeast Asian archipelagos are rich in high-hardness rock such as granite, basalt and river pebble, with high Mohs hardness and strong abrasiveness; conventional processing often suffers from fast liner wear, high consumption of wear parts, elevated flakiness in product and unstable gradation. Vanguard answers this with a "tracked mobile cone crushing" solution — relying on lamination crushing and high-wear-resistant alloy liners to efficiently process hard rock into well-shaped, well-graded manufactured aggregate and sand for local batching plants, road bases and building-material factories. The core objectives of this participation are: expanding the local dealer network in the Philippines, hosting hard-rock crushing technical consultations for quarries and contractors, and promoting mobile crushing solutions adapted to local hard-rock conditions.

Tracked Mobile Jaw Crushing Plant
The first gate of hard-rock crushing — the tracked mobile jaw crushing plant — is engineered for primary crushing of large high-hardness boulders. The deep-chamber jaw, fitted with manganese-steel jaws and a reinforced frame, steadily bites granite and basalt; the modular chassis swaps a jaw host (C96 / C106 / C116) within hours, the diesel power pack runs the unit independently at remote quarries and unpowered river-pebble yards, and the wide-track low-ground-pressure undercarriage keeps it stable across rugged hard-rock sites.
Tracked Mobile Cone Crushing Plant
The hard-rock secondary-crushing flagship of this exhibition — the tracked mobile cone crushing plant — is the core machine for high-hardness stone. It works on the lamination-crushing principle: material is squeezed between layers rather than simply struck, fundamentally lowering product flakiness and improving grain shape; the hydraulic system adjusts the closed-side setting under load to flexibly switch between medium and fine crushing; the mantle and bowl liner use high-wear-resistant alloy liners that, against the high abrasiveness of granite and river pebble, markedly extend service life and cut wear-part cost per ton. The host can be fitted with multi-cylinder or single-cylinder cone modules, covering the full range from 40mm return fine crushing down to sub-10mm manufactured-sand feed — a high-output, low-consumption choice for hard-rock aggregate lines.
Tracked Mobile Screening Plant
The supporting tracked mobile screening plant uses a multi-deck vibrating screen and forms a closed circuit with the cone crusher, accurately splitting hard-rock crushed material into 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-20mm product fractions; the screen-box angle is quickly adjustable to match different rock types and moisture, and oversize is returned for re-crushing to ensure low flakiness and continuous gradation that meets ready-mix and asphalt-mix plant specs. Tracked mobility lets the whole screening unit shuffle quickly between multiple quarries.
Wheel-Mounted, Stationary and Grinding Equipment
Beyond the tracked hard-rock flagship line, Vanguard Machinery also offers wheel-mounted mobile crushers, stationary hard-rock aggregate lines and YMG high-pressure grinding mills. Large quarries can run continuous high-output hard-rock crushing on stationary lines, while YMG mills fine-grind hard-rock screenings and slag into raw material for mortar and building products — covering the full chain from mobile crushing to scaled sand making.
